At HtlMart, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase on our B2B e-commerce platform.
If HtlMart initiates an order cancellation for any reason, the customer will not be charged a cancellation fee and will receive a full refund.
- Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Our refund and return policy last 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in Original Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return or refund request.
- Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including (but not limited to) custom orders, special-order items, perishable goods, or products marked as final sale.
- Any physical damage or missing parts need to be reported in writing to support@htlmart.com with visual proof within 24 hours of receiving the package. In case of local pickup, please verify package for any missing parts before leaving our premises.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@htlmart.com or +91-9442519677 within 48 Hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure that you carefully pack the product to prevent any damage during transit. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note the following:
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as when an item shows signs of use, is not in its original condition, or has missing parts that are not due to our error.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- Restocking Fees: Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee of 5%, which will be deducted from your refund.
- After defect verification, a replacement product shall be dispatched within ten days of OEM replacement approval. If the product is out of stock, the replacement will be provided on receipt from OEM.
- However, no warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, or modification, has been soldered or altered in any way, or has not been bought from us.
- Given the lack of valid reasons and details, we cannot process any replacements.
- Htlmart.com – Hitech Lab Solutions reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@htlmart.com or support@htlmart.com or +91-9442519677, and we will provide further instructions.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Imported Products
- Custom or special-order products
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance events
- Perishable goods
- Software, digital downloads, or licenses
- Opened or used electronic components (e.g., semiconductors, sensors, etc.)
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@htlmart.com for further assistance.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid during your original order are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Damaged or Defective Items

Provide photos of the damage and the product packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to you.
