  • Processing Time: We typically process orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary based on product availability or during peak periods. You will be notified of any significant delays.
  • Order Modifications: After an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. However, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

We offer various shipping options depending on the destination and size of the order. Available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process, and you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-8 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery option within 2-4 business days.
  • Bulk or Freight Shipping: For large or bulk orders, we may use freight shipping services. Delivery times and fees will vary based on order size and destination.

Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier issues.

  1. Shipping Partners
  • We use Fedex, Aramex, DHL, Bluedart, Professional, Trackon, ST courier and other to ship our products to your destination.
  • We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners does not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY TO YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason each shipment content is being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process. For bulk or freight shipments, additional fees may apply, and a representative may contact you to confirm shipping details.
  • As per Indian Tax Laws, all items will be shipped with an invoice specifying the price.
  1. International Shipping

HtlMart ships to a wide range of international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping costs displayed at checkout.

  • Customs and Import Taxes: You are responsible for knowing the import regulations of your country and paying any applicable customs duties or taxes. Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

Delivery times vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days, depending on the location and shipping method chosen.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 – 25 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

After your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status. You can also log in to your HtlMart account to check the progress of your order.

  1. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect shipping information or if no one is available to accept the package, the carrier may attempt a second delivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. If the package is returned to HtlMart due to failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

  1. Lost or Damaged Shipments
  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit or fails to arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@htlmart.com or +91-9442519677, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 -10 business days of receipt with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
  1. Address Changes

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate when placing an order. If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed.

HtlMart currently ships to India, Srilanka, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Arab Countries and Bangladesh. Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations.
